Registration for the conference must be done on-line through the conference website.

The complete conference registration fee includes all three days of plenary presentations, breakout sessions, entry into the Exhibit Hall, the opportunity to schedule an Innovation Gateway Marketplace meeting and participation in Friday’s Community Response Exercise. Conference meals include:
  ~ One (1) Welcome Reception Breakfast (Wednesday)
  ~ Two (2) Continental Breakfasts (Thursday & Friday)
  ~ Two (2) Lunches (Wednesday & Thursday)
  ~ Three (3) Morning coffee breaks (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday)
  ~ Two (2) Afternoon coffee breaks (Wednesday & Thursday)

A complimentary Friday Pass is available for the public to attend the plenary presentations (8:30 am – 12:30 pm), visit the Exhibit Hall (10:00 am and 2:00 pm), or participate in the Community Response Exercise (1:30 pm – 3:00 pm) which will have a maritime security scenario. Companies without attendees at the 2008 Asia-Pacific Homeland Security Summit & Exposition who submit an Innovation Gateway Marketplace meeting request for a Friday, October 10th meeting must register for a complimentary Friday Pass to enter the Exhibit Hall.

Conference badges are to be worn at all times during the 2008 Asia-Pacific Homeland Security Summit & Exposition. You must be wearing a valid conference badge to enter the Exhibit Hall, plenary, and breakout sessions. If you do not have a conference badge, you will not have access to any event venues.

ATTENDEES AND RESPONDERS
An Attendee is an individual employed by a company or corporation offering products and services applicable to homeland security professionals or someone who has a corporate position with homeland security responsibilities.
"Responders" refers to those individuals who, in the early stages of an emergency event, are responsible for the protection and preservation of life, property, evidence, and the environment, including emergency response providers. Registration under the Responders category is limited.

Conference Partners include attendees, speakers and moderators for organizations who have agreed to support the 2008 Asia-Pacific Homeland Security Summit. Guests of the Conference must have a registration code; please refer to your invitation letter for details.


MEDIA
Media interested in attending the Summit should submit a written request on company / news outlet letterhead to Lieutenant Colonel Charles Anthony by email at Charles.Anthony@hihick.ang.af.mil or fax at 1-808-733-4236. Please include contact information while in Hawaii. News organizations sending more than one person (e.g., reporter and camera operator/photographer) may submit all names on one request. Please indicate in your request which panel(s) you are interested in covering. A media credential will allow the media representative to attend the approved panel(s).  It does not include meals or receptions.
