Run-of-House @ $177.00 Single or Double Occupancy
Run-of-House rooms are a mix of Mountain View and City View rooms. The exact mix is not known until day of arrival and is dependent on the availability in each category on arrival day.
Room rates are subject to the current 11.962% Hawaii State and room tax. Above rates apply to both single and double occupancy. Triple rate is $75 additional daily; quad rate is $150 additional daily. No additional charge for children 17 years and younger using existing bedding and sharing the same room with parents. Rates are non-commissionable. Room rates quoted will be honored three days before and three days after the main group dates, based on availability, to accommodate pre and post stays.
In the event that a guest who has reserved a guest room checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date,
an early departure fee of one half of one night’s room rate will be charged to the guest’s individual account.
Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
Porterage on own. (Suggested porterage charge is $1.50-$2.00 per bag.)

At thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date of the group, September 7, 2008, the hotel will cancel all reservations without a credit card guarantee or deposit. Reservation requests received after the 30-day cutoff will be confirmed at the group rate on a space available basis only. Deposit will be refunded if reservations are canceled and notice received at the hotel SEVENTY TWO (72) hours prior to arrival date. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. / Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
